The young lady at the desk was very helpful and tried to make our stay as comfortable asa possible considering the circumstances.

Room was in various state of desrepair. When we mention this to the staff, the person responding could have cared less. Maid service was tolerable. Requested non smoking room but when we walked in it reeked of stale smoke. No other rooms where avilible so we were told.
