I recently stayed at the marriott, and it was great. The service was nice they made you feel at home and comfortable. We had a balcony room with a great view of the strip. The beach was very quiet and relaxing. The food was good and reasonably affordable.Great place to vacation!!!

My wife & I have stayed here the past two years while I attended a conference. The hotel on the beach and 3 blocks from some of the bigger night spots on Ocean Drive. There are definitely trender hotels, but you'll pay for them.

You can easily get anywhere you need to in South Beach by car or taxi.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. The food and bar were excellent. The beach was nice as well. It is not "the spot" and rather quiet. If you have kids, you will want to stay someplace else as the pool is small and it is not kid friendly. However, if you want a quiet place to read a book, relax and soak up some rays, it is right up your alley.
