I had to check out way early because of bed bugs and sleep in my rental car, this is the 3rd time I have stayed there and I know for a fact that the bugs are all over. Ask the front desk person. I brought her a "bug" in a cup and she would not touch the cup. Left it with her anyway, it belongs to the hotel. Utill they get this problem ...

We stayed at the Sleep Inn while in Peoria visiting relatives. We were there for three nights and it was a good place to stay. Rooms were clean and staff was nice. The only minor problem was that the heater for the pool was brokien the first night and the water was ice cold. But they must have fixed it since it was warmer the next two nights. We will stay again next time we roll through Peoria.
Well for starters, we had 14 rooms booked and called the day of our arrival and only 11 were reserved and they had to move some of our rooms to smoking instead of non smoking.Upon arriving it took an hour and five minutes to check in....one person running the desk..barely spoke any english.... as our last person was to check in we found out that ...

Pitiful Service. Television was too dark, and I asked for access to its brightness/contrast settings. They sent up a maintenence man who spoke no english, and couldn't resolve problem. In the end, they had no way to access the menu, as they had no remotes with that feature. Offered to change me to another room, which had same problem. ...

THE WORST !!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/10/07
This hotel has more problems than it has ammenities !!! The mattress was SO dirty I was afraid to sleep in the dirty never been washed blankets . There are outlets without coded covers ! It's a dirty messy danger trap ! I would rather sleep in my car on the tollway than at this filthy hotel ! Don't try and contact management cause he lives ...
The front entry was locked upon my arrival - 5 minutes later someone finally let me in. The halls were smoky and hot - the AC didn't work. My suite was filthy and housekeeping didn't respond to requests to clean it. The refridge defrosted all over the carpet, and it took four days before they got it running again. (They claimed to have ...
This place is a joke!! Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! My family and i stayed at this hotel during the Illinois Highschool basketball champioship weekend, just for one night. We were up for a wedding reception. And let me tell you, drunk high school kids EVERYWHERE!!! We called the front desk several times, they came up and tried to fix the ...
I loved the free day pass to a huge gym close by, it gave me something to do at night. The staff was very helpful when I needed to find places in the area and they seemed to be close to just about anything. The hallway smelled like stale smoke, but the room smelled alright. I was on the first floor. The breakfast was fast and simple. Overall, I was pleased and will stay there again when I am in the area.

Good value for a long stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/19/06
This is overall a good value for a hotel with all their amenities. We stayed ten days while working the Heart of Illinois Fair. There is a very nice breakfast from 6 to 10, including bagels and cream cheese, cinnamon toast, donuts, cereals and milk, bananas, juices, coffee, and even a waffel maker, which seemed to be in constant use. There is a ...
