Everything was great except for the older morning concierge was snooty. I would go back however, because everyone else there was very nice.

Had to wait 3 hours before our room was ready. Checked finally after 6pm to find the A/C was stuck at 60 degrees. The front desk sent someone up to tell us they could not fix it.

We could hear lots of noise from other rooms and the hall. Combined with big mold patches in the shower and worn looking furniture we checked out the next morning and went to the Watermark.

The Watermark saved our vacation after the Westin nearly ruined it.

I absolutely LOVED the hotel. I came down with my church for the youth gathering last summer and the hotel made the trip just that much better. It had a central location, service was excellent, and the rooms were very clean- everything i could ask for in a hotel and i cant not wait to come back for another visit!!
