Not a 4 star but is nice for the value. They renovated. The room was nice with a LCD big screen TV. Would go back. Friendly service.

the Hotel was great. The rooms were large and the breakfast was great. There was different hot items each morning. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. If I am ever back in Arizona, I would stay here again. The staff was somewhat friendly, but did offer maps for the area.

Rates are not always honored, front desk staff lacks service skills. Rooms are clean and good size pool was closed on my 5 stays.

The carpet had a dirt trail leading to and from the door. The sheets had black stains on them. The bathroom floor was sticky. I'll definitely stay here again. Close to everything (Holborn station), small but not too small rooms, coffee, iron, mini bar, nice bathroom and nice staff. Breakfast is very expense but a great find. (I booked this hotel because of other user reviews.)
