i love the animals ..i can hardly wait until the polar bear exhibit is open..i felt sad to learn sparky passed on to seal heaven.i still have a picture of him.my grandchildren really enjoyed the zoo!!!!
It was free! We were impressed..especially for a nominal donation. Parking lots were loaded when we arrived. We were a little discouraged but saw free shuttle signs. So, we drove & drove. We finally got to the lot & sure enough there was a free shuttle. Wish we had gone there right away rather than drive a round looking for parking. It was a morning full of animals. Good time for a family.
Como is a place me and my boyfriend go alot when we want some excersise and we're bored. It's free though we always feel bad and make a donation. This is one of my favorait places to go in the summer with my 4 boys. We have a membership the the bigger MN zoo but we all still love going to Como. There is no cost for most of the zoo and park, so it is a great place for families on a budget.
i went there the first time and they were redoing the reptile house i went back again when it was done and its great the animals seem happy and the experience was awsome unfournetly they were redoing the polar bear exibit.
