    You've heard of Vertical Drop... Well Afton has excellent Horizontal drop. Keeps you busy skiing back and forth for a few hours. Some of the best Scenery of any TC Metro ski area as it is situated adjacent to Afton State Park.

    Afton is a great local skiing choice. Largest in the Twin Cities metro area, excellent programs and reasonable rates for food and full service ski shop.
