Everything about the hotel was fine. The only issues we had were method of payment. It appears that Travelocity did not make payment for our stay and hotel wanted to charge us for the stay when I had already paid for the stay. This happened everywhere we stayed in England, except for the American hotel chain we stayed our last day of trip. There needs to be better communication with hotels and Travelocity.
