The space was really beautiful and so were the rooms. The fitness room was open 24 hours and the lounges were awsome and always filled with attractive people.

Loved, loved, loved the bar/lounge. We happen to visit on a night of a private fashion party. Excellent music, unique cocktails and an amazing vibe. Room service food was pretty tasty and overall service was great. Not the cheapest hotel in SF, but definitely a fun one.

Had the most wonderful stay at this chic, modern hotel on the edge of downtown San Francisco. Rooms are extremely clean, friendly staff, and very hip bar scene. Highly recommended.

Nice rooms and good location, but the entire hotel is like a club. It's way too dark and they are constantly playing techno in the hallways, gets old after a while.

The W San Francisco is amazingly well located, next to MOMA and across the street from Yerba Buena Center and park. It's only a short walk to Union Square, great shopping and theater. I've worked in the hotel industry for over eleven years. Loved staying at the W in San Francisco. From drinks at the bar to the contemporary rooms it was amazing. The service was quick and efficient.
