Sal's has been going completely down hill since the new owner took over not too long ago. The Pizza is horrible and dripping with grease, the service is rude, and the owner has no idea how to run a business. I was appalled to learn that he pays all his employees cash under the table, most of them less than minimum wage, keeps poor work records, ...

Disappointed for the 2nd time. Pizza was only warm (I live minutes away); onions were not done (cold and crunchy) and the garlic knots must have been sitting for hrs; hard as a rock. Last time for us.

I moved to the North Shore area from New York and could not find a decent pie until I ran into Sal's about a year ago. Pizza by the slice all day, full pies for dinner. Fantastic!!

COST TO MUCH FOR WHAT YOU GET. When they lower price it will be a great pizza house.

I like slabs of NYC pizza. Fast, convenient, and affordable. Just what Cedarburg needed! I still love Tomasos too.
