This hotel is in a great location. You are right on the main shopping strip with anything you would need during your stay. The rooms are large and very nice. Loved almost everything. Everyone was nice and helpful who worked their. Their heavenly beds are needing upgrades, they had uncomfortable wrinkles at every turn. Their hotel dinner was over priced but very good, are waiter wasnt to friendly. The location is perfect for shopping and sight seeing. Overall it was very wonderful and i would stay their again.

Our stay was perfect in every way, close to shopping /eating places and at a great cost. The room, beds and ammeneties were very good. That apart, service was excellent, the folks on duty at the front desk were very helpful with directions and any information. Certainly gets my thumbs up and I will recommend this place to everybody I know.

I have stayed in many of the nicest hotels in Vancouver and this place is really hard to beat. Close to Yale Town, Close to Roboson, Close to newest water front park( we walked 2 blocks then rollerbladed to stanely park and back with no problem). Lisa is great, really makes a difference. Only knock is it can get noisy during the day with construction across the stree. We stayed 12/04 and are going back again this year. Happy Festivus

We just got back from staying at this hotel and we had a very good experience there. The location is good, although a little far from Stanley Park. Lisa, the concierge, was very helpful and attentive as were the bell staff. We were very pleased with the service we received from everyone. The rooms are a little small but they are small suites which is different and nice. Love the Heavenly bed and shower!

Awesome rooms with modern design. Maintains typical high Westin quality with Heavenly bed and shower. Hotel is not that big; service is friendly and low-key. The club on ground floor is one of the best in Vancouver.
