A dirty,dirty place to live.Avoid if you value your health......bed bug infestation on the 4th floor and spreading.They charge for linen service????
How chessy is that!! They charge for dial-up internet service that doesn't work!! They are the worst hotel in the Tri-cities area. Stay at he Jameson nest door. We offer all those services for no extra charge and free breakfast included.Enjoy our friendly staff.

Stayed here in June2009 and was surprised that the staff lived on site and I saw them getting breakfast from the adjacent Jameson Hotel!!! Real country-bumpkin looking bunch of people.missing teeth,torn/ripped clothing and flip-flops.Very disappointed in the service.Our wedding party will not return and advise everyone to stay at the Jameson next door.

Stay here and be in danger from bed bugs. I stayed here for a week of hell on the 4th floor.Later that week found out about a bed bugs episode/health dept visit. Stay here with great risk. I have filed a report with the chamber of commerce.Bad,lazy staff with no desire to work/clean rooms.D- rating

A drug and whore filled hotel.Staff sell drugs and their bodies for cash on the 4th floor.I stayed during our convention and was appalled at the way the staff conducted themselves.Our room was never cleaned,trash was everywhere in the parking lot,ie beer bottles,bbq trash soda cans.Just horrible mesh.I do not recommend this #@#@ place.

I agree with the other reviews. I stayed there in May 2009 and the place was very messy with cig butts everywhere,dirty linen in hallways.Staff was busy taking breaks in the parking and offering to sell me pills on the 4th floor also.I had hoped that the police had cleaned up this dump.

Arrived at night and saw all these drunk mexicans and construction idiots drinking,bbq and urinating behind the parked cars. The next day was awaken by a housekeeper? cleaning a room with her kids inside,running down the halls,in the parking lot,everywhere it seems.After a week here it looks alot like the entire staff lives at the hotel and is always in uniform? Strange place.Will never return.
