It was my first experience in Vegas, and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean, they smelled fresh, and the Lobby area was serene. It didn't have the noise and bustle like the Casino Hotels had. It was in close proximity to most trafficed areas and the Airport. Whenever I get the chance to go back to Vegas, I will stay at this Hotel!
I loved this hotel- it had great service, was great for anyone- large families or singles. It has its two swans swimming peacefully in the indoor garden. It also has a gift shop and DELICIOUS breakfast. The staff was awesome and the cook was great. One of the best hotels I ever went to. Embassy Suites is THE BEST. And its not a smoky casino either like most of the hotels in Vegas. My family loved it. It's very conveniently located too.
We stayed on New Year's Eve. The hotel's vending machines didn't work, there was no airport shuttle, the exterior doors key card readers didn't work - and we weren't able to get the free breakfast since they opened late due to the holiday - overall it wasn't worth the price. I travel a lot on business - the Embassy Suites are usually my favorites. This one left a lot to be desired.

We love Embassy Suites, & this one did not disappoint. Full breakfast, friendly staff, spotless outdoor pool, clean rooms. The strip is a 5 minute shuttle ride (which they provide). And a free shuttle ride to the airport. They supply it all! If in Las Vegas again, we will stay here.

Great place to stay at!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/25/08
We just got back from our Vegas vacation. We loved everything about this hotel. They have the best customer service from the front desk to housekeeping to the cooks and wait staff in the morning for their wonderful cooked to order breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone who coming to Las Vegas. The kids loved the room and we like the peace and quiet after being on strip all day long. This place has it all!
We cannot say enough good words about our stay at this hotel. The service was first rate and we were treated like royalty. Everyone that we came in contact with that was associated with the hotel was courteous, helpful and very professional. Thank you all for you wonderful service. The food was also first rate.

Excellent customer service

I have stayed at this location twice attending training classes. The accommodations are excellent, food is wonderful, staff is very courteous and most helpful. I highly recommend this location. Not far from the strip. Across the street from the Hard Rock Cafe/Casino
Front desk lady "Michelle" had a very rude tone. Also one of they guys that worked at the front desk was being a little TOO friendly and made comments that me and my frend looked like party girls and he kept staring at us...we were wearing jeans and sweatshirts... lol so he was a little weird. We also asked to extend our check out time by ...
Embassy Suites hotels are great. This one didn't disappoint. From the cooked to order breakfast to the managers reception. We had a great stay. I have stayed at most of the hotels on the Las Vegas strip but would not stay at them again unless the price was darn near free. Getting up in the morning and knowing exactly where you're going ...

Best place to relax after the craziness of the Strip!
Just off the strip, you don't have to walk half a mile through a smokey casino, up two escalators and an elevator to get to your hotel room--just park and walk in as if you were anywhere else in the U.S. The interior is bright and well-designed, and there is both complimentary breakfast and happy hour. As with all Embassy Suites, there is a ...
