My family been here in early of 2008.
The hotel is located 30 mins to the airport. Our room has good view, great breakfast, nice service provided. The double room price is the best price i've seek for after comparing and get through tramazing.com

It is quite a pricey hotel but the service was below par.

Please check your hotel bill. I think the front office staff makes mistakes. Sometimes charge you for things you do not use.

You have to walk quite a bit to the underground station.

Overall it is not a bad hotel but for the money you are paying, you would have expected more and that the front office understood English better

My friends and I stayed at the kerry centre for around 8 days in Feb 2005.

This is the worst Shangri-la I've stayed in. The room was spacious and very nice. The restaurant was average. Service ranged from good to barely competant to near surly. For $300 per night, I expected alot more.

This was one of the most positive hotel experiences we have ever had anywhere. We stayed on the concierge/club floor which I highly recommend. Everyone at the concierge desks was very helpful at all times with every detail or question. By chance I met the wife of the hotel owner at the concierge desk and she offered to drive me to the Pearl Market which she did pointing out the sights along the way.
