Operations at this rafting were disorganized and unprofessional. When we complained, the staff seemed uncaring and rude. Compared to similar trips I've taken in the past, CSWW is by far the worst. The canyon trip was fun, but very mild, there was only one large rapid. If you're thinking of taking a trip, steer clear of this operation, there are many others to choose from.
