clean motel but my account was billed more than once for the same night Jan. 10, 2009

We stayed at this hotel in August. We just happened to be there when their county fair and rodeo was happening.

We were on the ground floor and had problems with the toilet (plugged up) and all the hotel staff did was give us a plunger (and bucket). They did not offer to try and get someone from maintenance to look at it.

Unfortunatly the elevator was not working and I was traveling with someone who has trouble walking. No first floor rooms available so we had to carry stuff to second floor.

Other than that the hotel is nice, clean and most of the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Breakfast was ok.

We have stayed in this hotel once. It was very clean. We were able to check in about 1-2 hours early. The staff was nice, but when I asked about getting a ground level room I was told that they had an elevator and luggage carrier on wheel to use. We were traveling with two young kids, and a pack-n-play (portable crib like thing). When we ...
