The front desk is very unorganized seems like it was there first day there..The first impression is that it needs alot of cleaning, the place had a stale odor to it yuk!!!!! I think the owner was there the day of my appt.. you would of never known she was an owner looks like she needed a makeover herself.Not impressed at all besides the fact i could of had a better haircut at the $5.00 haircut shop!!!!I will never go back!!!Rip-Off

The staff is always changing...they never have the aveda products you need, and the service is spotty at best. The only good reviews on this place were posted by the owners...I am a regular Aveda client and this is not an Aveda Salon......DON"T BE FOOLED!

The staff is great and friendly and always have great specials running every month because I joined their mailing list. I just came back from getting the best Facial from Missy & the best Carribbean Pedicure! They did such an amazing presentation,with Margarita glasses and tropical scents & music filled the pedicure room. I look forward ...

First impressions mean alot I was not impressed with the service or the spa/salon itself.. It was very dirty and something smelled weird in the pedicure room for a $50.00 pedicure I expected much,much more than I received front desk staff were very inexperienced on the phone and in person and ther were no other customers in the whole place while I was there I wonder why???

I have recently gone to Belezza Spa and Salon. The girls their are so nice and down to earth. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I was their during a real busy day too. They were doing a bridal party. But what impressed me the most was that they made time for everyone in that salon made them all feel welcome, and got to everyones needs. Great job girls.

What a beautiful salon and spa!!! They had their own spa week and i got to experience spa services that I never had a chance too!
The staff are friendly and make you comfortable as soon as you come in.
I am "hinting"to my family for mother's day.....what i want for a gift. Its a day At Belezza Spa & Salon!!! I want more....

First, I have been going to Aveda salons forever, I just moved here, so I thought this would be a good one;WRONG! I asked the girl if she wanted the exact #s of the Aveda colors my girl usually uses, she said "no I can see what colors they are", now mt hair is orange. I have never had such a terrible color, it doesn't even go anywhere ...

i went there for a pregnancy massage and it was absolutely the best, but unfortunately when it came time for my pedicure it was horrible, she put something on my leggs that absolutely burned and the cut & polish was very sloppy, definately not worth $50

i received the worst haircut ever thank god hair grows back and as for the pedicure that also was the worst i will never go back!!!!
