    The hotel has been updated and is Great. New carpet, new paint, and the lobby has been torn out and new tile has been put in. The hotel is very clean as you could imagine with everything being new and fresh and the staff is great. This Hotel gives you everything you want and more.

    I think it is wonderful to have a boutique hotel available to Jackson, TN. Every room is different from the carpet, paint and amenities.

  • Rooms need updating

    The staff was wonderful and friendly. We were greeted with cookies and water or coffee. We were disappointed to find our room was not too clean and really needed some updating. Wallpaper peeling, goo on the bathroom floor and musty. So sad it was that way, because the staff was GREAT!
