Will never raft with them again!A few of my friends booked a white water rafting trip with Beaver Brook. The rapids were fun, the wilderness was beautiful, however, our guide was completely inappropriate. He made many sexual remarks and even took pictures without our knowledge. Great ski rentals for my nephewsI took my 10 & 12 y/o nephews up to Gore in 12/2006, and I went to Beaver Brook to rent ski gear for them. The staff was great, and really made sure the equipment was the right fit for them. The equipment was up to date (no rear-entry boots), in great condition, and the price was right. Going back next year!This was my first time white water rafting. The river was beautiful - July in the Adirondacks and the water was adventurous. Our previous nights stay was - no phones, bed were OK and places to eat were just a few ranging from cheap, but good, to expensive (didn't try that). Bathrooms were good.
