I was so excited to be getting my first bikini wax for an upcoming romantic vacation. However as I am laying the table the girl continues to blabber on about other customers and how "THEY" looked. Then I stopped the procedure due to "pain" but really it was because the wax stick she was using had nasty hair all over it. OMG I will shave from now on.

My experience to the purple door was so horrible and unacceptable. I went there and got my eye brow waxed. But I ended up got a second degree burn under my left eye brow area. This was a very unfortunate incident that I feel may have been avoided if you had only listened to my initial complaints concerning the pain of the procedure. The people there are very rude and unprofessional.

I called a week ahead and scheduled and appointment with Nancy. I sat in the waiting room while they played soothing music and had plenty of magazines to look at. He gave me another certicate for Valentine's Day.I made the mistake of taking my 13 year old daughter with me, now she thinks she has to go also.I guess she'll become Spoiled by them too! the purple door is a place like no other every service is preformed with perfection.I was so relaxed i forgot to leave a tip and called to say i would mail it.They do not rush you out they treat you like family the entire time you are there.
