Where to begin about how bad this motel is! I walked into my room and hit he light switch.... nothing. The light bulb was burned out, I would have thought the maids would catch this as they would need light to be able to see the room to clean it. Stayed 2 night rooms were clean......comfortable beds....free breakfast ....nice pool and hottub which kids loved....great for family.
Service is good alittle slow for the impatient people like me at the front desk but is bareable.....

This hotel is a decent price, indoor pool, and the rooms were clean. It is located next to the strip but can be gotten to from side streets so there is less traffic. I would stay here again if traveling again to Branson.

Motel is centrally located to all attractions. We found the room very comfortable, with great airconditioning. Pool was just a little bit small, but enclosed with a great hot tub. Had a great free breakfast being served from 6:30 until 9:30. Overall accomadations we found to our liking . We will stay here again when we go back to Branson.

I have stayed in Branson twice in the last year. Each time we have stayed with Comfort Inn West. This was the best place in town to enjoy a nice clean swim or a nice place to rest your head. We will return to Branson and stay with the folks at Comfort Inn West. Thank you.

Would Highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is christian oriented. The front desk people are so friendly and helpful, they really go out of their ways to accomodate their guests and to make them feel at home. We will always stay here!

I have stayed in 40 different motels and hotels in branson over the last 20 years and this is my favorite........room 105 right across from the best pool in Missouri .. Real close to great resturants and shows. You wont be disappointed..........CF
