Very nice and clean. Higher price is due to its perfect location. We took in a concert at the Freebird Cafe, bar-hopped a little and then partied in the in-room hot tub all night. No stereo hook-up through the TV.

I read all the previous reviews, and I can't agree with anything except the ocean location.

The motel is old, the bathroom tile was broken, the message left for the housekeeping crew was never read (it was in English), etc.

We stayed at Quality Inn next door last year, and for about same price (cheaper), what a difference! The balcony is ...

It was very nice to have the ocean in the front yard, but the price was not quite proportionate to the accomodations. I am used to staying at best westerns for 49.95-ish, and it was hard to pay 150$ a night and still feel like I am at a 49,95$ hotel. I guess location really is everything. Other than that it was a very nice way to spend a weekend, and I really appreciated the parking space.

I spent 2 nights at the hotel. The staff was great. Would highly reccomend. The room was spacious. It had a view of ocean from the balcony

romantic view of ocean...adorable but not private balcony...walk out the door and stroll on the beach...good shower and comfortable beds. maid service good. would stay again.
