Loved the views from atop the clubhouse area... but hated the smell! Our room was OVER deoderized. We asked to change rooms but were told that we would have to pay more... They said they'd talk with the maid about not using so much next time. Big deal... we'll never stay there again.

We have stayed at this hotel 5 times over the course of 10 years and have enjoyed each visit. This is by far one of the best values for the money. On top of that they are one of the few places that can sleep 5 people in a room. Getting to the red rock areas near oak creek is easy. However, 179 to Sedona does take some time and can be busy. I also recommend staying outside of downtown Sedona if you want to avoid the crowds and enjoy the hiking.

We spent two nights at this Hilton in a king bed suite. The suite was spacious, comfortably furnished and most important "clean".
All the staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful.
We did not eat in the restaurant but did have room service for breakfast and the service was fast and the food hot.
My husband and I were very happy with our stay at this Hilton and would stay here again.

Very poor management. Room not ready: It was a mess when we were finally admitted. Attempted to eat at the restaurant but service was weak and what food we did receive was sub-standard. We left after an hour wait for food that never arrived and drove over to taco bell just before they closed.

Spent 2 weeks out west and loved every minute starting with Sedona. Our large suite was clean, comfortable and had the best view in the resort.
