Personnel was wonderful. Rooms clean and pool area nicely kept. GREAT complimentary morning breakfast. We always stay here when visiting our daughter at UF. It is close and convenient to highways and campus. Pet friendly is a big plus.

Room was very clean, with fresh bed linens. Room was also very spacious and comfortable. Visited last year 2006 September for UF Black Alumni College Reunion, and just made reservations to stay at this hotel for the 2007 September reunion. Location is prime, near restaurants and shopping centers, and Cracker Barrel restaurant within walking distance.

they have discounted rates if your going to shands they have free transportion to shands
the room was ok the bath tub needed work resurfaced or something its good for us to go for the night and go to shands and then go home a clean place to sleep

It was very nice and clean. The down and feather pillows and bed was very comfortable. Front desk was friendly too. I would stay there again.

The Baymont is a nice place to stay in the Gainesville's area and is right next to I 75 and Archer Rd

I was in town with 2 of my brothers and we were given a corner suite that accommendated 3 adults very nicley. Two double beds and a pull out sleeper.
