This hotel smells! Entire first floor reeks of cigarette smoke. Entire second floor reeks like nasty chinese food. There wasn't shampoo in the bathroom. The girl working in the evenings in the lobby is totally clueless. The phone system is screwed up. The wireless internet is incredibly slow. Rooms are renovated but hallways are nasty. There are no hotel services .. no local maps, no breakfast, no directions, nothing.
