Could be great but poorly managedThe location and actual buildings are very nice; but there are some glaring problems with this hotel.While the bedding and such is budget, it seems the management is really dropping the ball and it is a shame because this is a great property that I think will not turn a profit for the following reasons.

GREAT VALUEI just returned from a 9 day business trip and selected this property to reduce my personal business expenses for an extended trip. While the accomodations aren't top notch, they are very fair for the price. Room service is given only every few days; however, there is no problem getting extra towels, etc. Also, nice to have a stove, microwave, ...3 of 3 Yahoo! Highly recommend!I was nervous, choosing a motel off the internet before my surgery in Salt Lake City. After staying one night at Studio 6, we extended our stay to a week (which offers lower costs, too!). If you have a procedure scheduled at Cottonwood Hospital, this is THE place to stay.
