This place is just not being maintained. Peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, large hole in carpet of main room, slow draining sink, and yes, we also experienced the aroma of someone cooking. Whatever it was smelled good, but you just don't expect that in your motel. It was very strong and overwhelming.

The rooms were clean but hard beds. Our main complaint was that every day someone at the hotel was cooking with oriental spices, that consumed the entire hotel. The aroma was quite strong and overcame your room.

Nice, Clean and Cheap. This hotel is the best Days inn i had stayed in so far. Great location, right near the I-17 freeway. It is the place where i had the most comfortablest sleep ever. Highly recommend staying there when in phoenix.

This place was wonderful. The rates were low during the time I went, the staff was pretty friendly, and the rooms were very nice and clean. Convenient location, uncomfortable bed, polite staff, basic plain room but clean.
Good value for the price paid at that time of the year. Easy access to local shopping and food.

Had to pull door hard to lock it. Faucet in shower leaked. Wallpaper in shower pealing and lots of mold. Towel rack broken. Ants on the nightstand and I found a dirty sock on the floor. Other that that my night there was OK. I'm ready to give up on Days Inn.

When I called to book the room, the person who answered the phone wouldn't book the room. They insisted we wait and show up and do it then because they had plenty of room. I wanted to book the room for a business asscociate and pay for it myself, so showing up was not an option. The person on the phone was lazy and incompitent, my dog could do a better job.
