Favorite Hotel in FlorenceI love the customer service, here. The staff is extremely cordial and welcoming. The beds are REALLY comfortable and they have flat screen tv's which are nice. I would definitely stay there again.OVERALL

Needs some changes and fixesTwo areas for improvement; 2) Need cleaner rooms and expecially in bathrooms that have mould around the tubs as ours did.
