It's close to my work site when I'm in town, everyone is very nice and friendly. and staying @ the Hampton Inn again it is very easy for me get around from this location. Downtown Cleveland is nice and I enjoy Tower City.
We have stayed in the Cleveland area a dozen times in the last 8 years, this is the first time we stayed in downtown. The staff was great, we used the valet parking for our van for $18 for overnight. I was traveling last minute and did not have a chance to make a reservation prior to my stay. The front desk did everything to accommodate our needs. I had a 2 room suite w/ pullout sofabed. The suite was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly, from the housekeeping to the vallet parking. The location is not the best, if you are traveling w/ small children not able or willing to walk a distance to a restaurant.
The staff was great, the breakfast was very good and everyone was very friendly always wanted to help. keep up the good work. And i will be sure to let my friends know

I've stayed here for 2 of my visits to Cleveland. No specific complaints, but it was a bit pricey for the bland rooms. Summertime makes the location a lot nicer than it is in the winter.

The Hampton Inn of Downtown Cleveland is an excellent hotel. It is centrally located in the heart of the city, near the mall, convention center and across from a church. The view was spectacular, with skyscrapers and Lake Erie looking picturesque together in the same frame.
I arrived late, at 1am, and were greeted courteously by the valet, ...
