I was viewing the other reviews and i must say they are very wrong. I have been there many times during a period of 3 years and I have never had a bug problem for the most matter. Some mix ups do happen but if guests write down their conformation number and make sure they have it mix ups will not happen.. All faults are blamed on the staff, HOWEVER ...
