We do not allow room service in our room to chase our tooth brushes around the bathroom with the cleaning rags or throw our pillows on the floor; but the staff was good about replacing clean towels. I had to switch rooms once and my mother had to switch rooms twice. The first room they assigned me to smelled like animal urine mixed with heat! The two rooms they sent my mom to smelled of mildew, she had to end up taking the one that smelled the least. The rooms didn't have a iron or iron board, no ammenities whatsoever. We rented two rooms for one night. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our rooms had two double beds, in a spacious room layout. After a hard day's travel, we were delighted by the friendly greeting and helpful service upon our arrival. The prices were very good for the accomodations.

We plan to stay here again when passing through Austin.
