the person at the desk was so nice and kind and cute oo oo oohhhhhh weeeee eee i liked the comfortable bed i slept on and house keeping was great i would love to go back there anyday.

when I arrived at the hotel, they had given my room away. I had reserved a room via the 800 number. The clerk told me that the 800 reservation line does not even know how many rooms they have available only the nunmber of rooms they have. They then tried to charge me for a queen room when they put me in a room with a double bed. The staff were very unorganized when I arrived there after 6p. I was very unhappy and uncomfortable.
