We booked at the Edgewater for the first time. The reviews made me hestitant, but we wanted to stay near our daughter, a Castleton student, rather than all of the way in Rutland. we take a daughter to ny every year, she is 7, but we stay at the inn or one of the condo. every year we get ready for new york my daughter will ask if we can stay at mrs.p she loves the game room water, pool and she will try to pick what room she wants, but this year she wants to take friends, I work there but we love it, and will keep going back, as long as we vac.

The place may have been bearable except for one major thing- our sheets were dirty! One had a big, black rub mark on it like someone dried their shoe off on it, and the other looked like someone had squashed a bug on it. (That was right next to the place where someone tried to sew a huge tear in the sheet.)

i love it there....the people there are just like family...i've been going to this place since i was 5 months old, i go every summer for 10 days. i look forward to go every year, its amazing. there is a lake side view and its so beautiful, the people there are so nice to everyone.

The obvious attractions are the rates and the location. If this family ever sells out, it could become a very expensive destination because of the location.
