Liked the breakfast ok and internet connection. Room was comfortable, not luxury but more than adequate. Location makes for easy trip to the Keys. Have stayed there several times.

My stay in the Fairway Inn, has been the best. I am very happy about the way the staff treat there visitor. I am also pleased to say that the rooms are very clean, with new funiture and well painted. I am very happy to eat breakfast there in the lobby with TV. I am very happpy that they have FREE internet access, that many places do not offer. ...

After driving all night, only place around with a room. Opened the bedspread & silverfish ran out from the sheets! Immediately went tothe desk & they refusedto credit our credit card. Wouldn't stay there if you paid me. Still disputing with the credit card company. Plus, the 49.00 room was $109.00. What a gross & disgusting dump. Especially like the ad stating they are next to the Chamber of Commerce!

This place was a dump. It smelled terrible, the room was dirty, the sheets would not fit the bed, you could see daylight thru the door, you hear sirens all night long. We went to Denny's for breakfast and people tried to sell us pain pills. NOT a good area and NOT a good hotel. If we hadn't been on a bus trip I would have left.

Having stayed at this hotel a number of times, I was surprised to see the recent refurbishment on my visit last week. It has always represented great value for money and great location, but the comfort level is even better than before.

I did not find anything to dislike about this property. The rooms were very reasonable for the price as well as comfortable and clean.
There were plenty of restaurants and fastfood places within walking distance.

Having been on the road from 10:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. and every place we had called from Orlando (we usually stay at a Disney Resort on the way home to Key West)to Florida Ciy was either full or $100+, when We saw a $49 room, we pulled in and took it.
Check in was very fast, the room was clean, we even commented on how the ceiling was so clean ...
