The receptionist kept telling everyone about their 4star service.....yadyadayada I guess she only ment when you call to make the reservation. We sat in the loby for 15 minutes listening to her take phone calls, she didn't pay any attention to the people that had been waiting on the cab she called prior to that.

I booked this hotel for a place to sleep and hang out until we went to our concerts each night and because it was close to the downtown area. I regret it. I would of rathered stayed in my car. I booked and confirmed a non-smoking room, which I did not get. I had to check-in across the street, which meant taking all my luggage over there also. None ...

We loved our stay here!! They are close to alot of things and they even offer a shuttle to summerfest!! We thought that our stay was great and will keep going back!!
