Location - very friendly staff. Very helpful. Good customer service. Rooms were very clean and when needed extras staff was accomodating. Convenient location for our use and close the hospital as needed for our mother.

Excellent service, nice working appliances, clean, slept great on nice bed! I have to be in San Antonio weekly and there are several hotels in the area I have become acquainted with. The hotel is very comfy for a short period but if staying longer like for a week- this is not the place to stay. Has good service/ useful appliances and decent bed. A plus for the price rate and the location as well...much entertainment around this location.

You get what you pay for.
