the wireless connection wasn't working well. room could use soundproofing for traffic noise. i wouldn't stay here again.

My daughter and her girlfriend and I stayed there on June 13. just to get away, and just because likea little road trip. The room was very, very clean and nice. The pool and exercise room was awesome! The staff are very friendly, and very attentive to your needs. Hamptons in Richmond,Ky is a great place to stay even if just for one night. . ..

The staff at the front desk were very helpful in the evening when I checked in. They were equally as helpful when I checked out the next day.
The room was very clean as were the bed linens; including the spread. Will stay there again when I am in the area....if they have an available room.
Breakfast was a nice experience as well.
The room is a bit pricey for an interstate hotel room.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Room was clean and comfortable, pool area was nice. Breakfast was good. The lady restocking the breakfast bar was very nice. It was a good clean place to stay.

The room had cobwebs in the corners. They did not change our sheets for three nights. When we brought it to managments' attention we were told that we should have told them sooner. The attitude was that it was our fault. We were not impressed with this hotel.

This is a clearly average hotel, or should I say a typical Hampton. I have stayed at nicer Hamptons, but this hotel does meet minimum standards for the Hampton brand. The mature and professional hotel staff handle guests in a manner that makes them feel welcome. This particular unit is in need of a makeover... the rooms are 'oldish', TV ...

Good service with a nice breakfast and great facilities...the pool is a must...great location...fairly clean...I've been here several times and it's always a nice place to stay!
