I stayed at the Drury Inn and Suites Atlanta Airport while relocating to North Carolina. This was my first time staying at any of the locations. The team was wonderful and remember who I was every time I passed the front desk. I lost my credit card and a guest with the help of staff were able to return it to me before I realized it was missing. ...
We really enjoyed staying at drury inn. The management was great (especially the night shift. The free breakfast was wonderful. The afternoon snacks from 5:30 to 7 and free beverages were great. The only thing that I didn't like was that travelocity was advertising two qeen size beds in the rooms and they were regular size beds. Other than that we would definatley stay again and enjoyed our stay. Keep up the good work.
Horrible people and mgmt doesn't work with you. They screwed up my credit card account by placing too many holds on my account, then wanted to throw me in the street when my card was declined. Maid service was less than desireable. Bell boy rides luggage carts thru the hallways.. I checked online and they are over charging me for my room. Their published rate is $75/night. They are charging me $89. What a rip-off..
When I stayed at Drury Inn in Atlanta, I was visiting my aunt at her new home. I was upset at first because I didnt want to stay at a hotel but this hotel was great. The rooms were wonderful, the pool was great, and the staff was kind. We are planning a trip for July and I just cant wait to go back.
I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Atlanta. Courtsious employees, snack and beverages in the evening, and one of the best free breakfasts I have enjoyed at any hotel.
