As usual i had the impression that they were very effecient (typical German effeciency). Quick and simple checkin, Rooms ready and clean.
Breakfast was also execellent, good ambeince.
Only one short coming, like in Germany overall very difficult to get a good internet connection.
Staff was very polite and hlepful.
