Always happy with the resortWe have stayed at the resort several times and are always happy with the service, cleanliness, size of rooms and the friendly staff. We took the 90 minute presentation and were asked at the end of 90 minutes whether or not we wanted to take more time for more information. There was no pressure to go beyond longer. Worth the trip but beware - time share!As some of the other reviewers have said, this is a time share property, and the entire focus is to get you to part with your money to join them in the "fastest growing industry in the nation" blah blah blah. If you take the tour (they give you some incentive, cash, restaurant coupons, etc.) be prepared for a minimum of 2.5 hours, not ...5 of 6 Yahoo! Time Share Property.....Beware unless you are an owner!WARNING! If you are not an owner at the Tahoe Vacation Resort, DO NOT expect to receive a unit with any sort of view of the mountains or especially Lake Tahoe. The front desk staff are not at all helpful in trying to get you a unit with a view and just kept telling us to check back every day and we only were given a unit with a partial view after ...6 of 6 Yahoo! One of Nicest in Tahoe and Best LocationWe stayed here in April. The resort was beautiful. Free computers not far from roaring fire in downstairs area. Indoor/outdoor pool with jacuzzi. The fitness room was a little small but not crowded. Video room kept kids occupied while I read book in lounge area-same for pool table in upstairs lounge area. Bear Moon restaurant on site. Headng back this September!We have gone to Lake Tahoe in September for the last four years. Last year we stayed in the 1 bedroom and loved it so much that we're going back this September with one of our daughters and son-in-law and have the 2 bedroom set-up. It's so beautiful there!!! Back HomeI have to say I really enjoyed my stay, this location has a very home like feeling. I am originally from Lake Tahoe so when I visit I like to be in a central point. There where shuttles waiting to take you to your desired location very rarely did I have to wait for a shuttle. The Pool area was clean and the rooms as well.
