after we'd lost our electrical
power due to an ice storm. Thanks, Harrahs. What a wonderful gift during a stressful situation! The room was fantastic!

Other than a $300 dollar missed deal on poker; we had a 2:30AM wake up call thanks to the fire alrm system. When we asked for an explanation the next day; no one new what happened or offered any apologizes.

The staff was very nice the place clean BUT as a non smoker I was subjected to second hand smoke every place I turned and after 4 days my clothes turned into an ashtray smell and so did my sinus. The large gap under my door that let in each noise when someone walked down the hall that kept me up still was not corrected after I let the front desk ...

I have been to this casino numerous times. I've even driven a charter bus of people there. I have spoken to customer service in person, left Emails and also called to resolve an issue with my total rewards points. I have never recieved a call, an E mail or any communication with this hotel. It is a very nice place with a customer service department that is less than adequate.

If you love crab legs, I'm here to tell you, this is the best place to get them!! The buffet is very reasonable - only $18.99 for all you can eat. Honestly, I can't tell you how the food is (except for the candied yams - if you like ol'schooltastelikeyourgrandmamade'em yams, these AIN'T it) cuz my main objective is to eat crab ...

As a past occassional casino guest, I received a gaming promotion in the mail - a very attractive "free cash" promotion, which I attempted to use as specified on the card. After driving some distance to visit the casino, they would not honor it advising that the promotion hours were over, although the certificate did not specify hours. ...

The new rooms are wonderful, large and comfortable. Plasma TV's, Large rooms and wonderful service. Wonderful Restaraunts, with new ones coming soon, Can't wait to go back to see the new nightclubs they will have in October.
