I have stayed at this hotel once year for about the past ten years. This is the first time I have stayed since it changed hands to Hyatt Place. I was very impressed with the extensive remodel of the hotel. It is a very contemporary-type style. Our room was very clean and spacious, it was almost like a mini suite. i wouldn't stay here again

the bathrooom sink was hanging off the wall. the shower was moldy and carpet was dirty. i wouldn't stay here again.

The whirlpool was out of service and was in no big hurry to get fixed. The pool water temperature was about 68 degrees and the staff didn't seem to care about that either. No concierge or even literature on what to do in the area. Room was nice and hotel in good location, but plenty of other hotels in the area that would be more accomidating.

Great experience, location, value

Location was perferct for our shopping trip to IKEA and Woodfield Mall area. Very clean, roomy suite. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and whirlpool area. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. This will be our choice for our excursions to Chicago area.

This hotel was very good. It was clean, well kept, and it didn't give you a sense of "cheapness" or "fakeness." The free breakfast had more than I expected, and the location of the hotel was nice if you wish to go to Ikea. The room with the pool and jacuzzi was also nice, but the whirlpool had so many chemicals that I STILL ...

Being handicapped is a privilege at Amerisuites

My son and I went to Amerisuites looking for a room. I am handicapped and in a scooter, but little did we know that they would have a room just for ME! Amerisuites has a room for the handicapped that is furnished and built just for us. The shower is all opened, all I needed to do was slide onto the seat from my scooter, it was perfect.
