Too expensive and the service was just mediocre. I expected more for the price. I got the same treatment and even better free internet access at the Budget Inn in Beckley the next time I came through town.

The staff was great, from the lobby to the house keeping. They made you feel like you were at home. We stayed from October to March working in the area. They worked a deal for us for long term stay and stuck to it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Just wished some of the other guest and groups would learn to control their children.

the rooms were so so, and the pool and hot tub could use some work. there is nowhere to eat in the breakfast area. the rooms were not clean, we moved 3 times and were still stuck in a dirty room, we will never stay there again. and the staff, even the general manager were rude and not helpful at all

We were so pleased, traveled with my dog and family. We were given a room right next to an exit, very convient for mhy little dogs night time potty runs. Our suite, had 2 televisions, a beautiful bedroom and sitting room. Quiet, peaceful and fantastic pool and hot tub. We will be back.

My husband and I stayed in Beckley for our anniversary because I wanted to stop at the Taramack. This hotel is really close to this attraction which we really liked. My husband, and I stayed here on our honeymoon, and we just loved it! We are planning another trip back, so we can just get away for the night, afterall we live only 40 minutes away.........

I love that you can swim inside and outside during all seasons! Also it's very clean and the service is very nice. I also think the breakfast has alot of excellent choices and options.
