This was not the typical Holiday Inn Express I am accustomed to. Aside from the exterior entry (downfall), the service at the front desk at check in was less then desirable, the wake-up call never came, the alarm clock in the room did not work, and only decaf was left for coffee. The best part was the bed, which seems to be an upgrade in most of the Holidays I am noticing.

The bathrooms and beds were great! Very comfy mattress and nice linens. Close to plenty of restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice breakfast too!

This Holiday Inn has raised the bar! It was EXCELLENT! The beds were so heavenly that I took note of the kind of mattress so that I can get one for home. The extras were all there; the shower head was so great that I'm going to replace the shower heads at home, too! Seriously, this was a wonderful place to stay. I recommend it without hesitation!

I was on a business trip and found this hotel to be very convenient to everywhere that I needed to be. I'm a single female business traveler and they were considerate to put me in an inside hallway room. I felt very comfortable.

1) I was misquoted a price, my final price was much higher. 2) I was not informed that the 1-BR suites only came with a king bed, I needed 2 beds for the family. I have a brouchure that stated they had 2-BR suites. 3) The kitchenette did not have glasses, plates, or silverware to make it usable.

staying in this facility since 1997... same service same staff attitude. GM is really knows customer service plus all bussiness aspects. well clean and maintan property... always something new to property and change with new standerd.
