Hospitality is great!! staff very helpful & they always smile.This is the place i looking for when in Bandung....feel like home :) Location in the centre of Bandung makes me easy to travel around.

the service is verry good, with verry comfortable and clean rooms, the location verry convenient is near from Bandung City Hall and next to Bandung Indah Plasa, is verry good for family and for children.

I never wait in lines to get in to the restaurant for breakfast in a four star hotel before....just imagine how the hotel managing their resources to anticipate lots of customers at weekends?

I like the food, very nice.
I dont like the swimming pool, too small for me, hehe :), swimming pool in holiday inn Batam is great!
