I disliked almost everything. When checking in we were told we were going to get a room with a broken door. When getting there the door was broken. It took about 5 minutes to open it. We booked into this hotel and paid up front. The room was disgusting and dirty. We were there for 45 minutes and booked right out but the manager who was verbally abusive calling us names would not refund our money. He called us liars and would not give us his name. Do not ever stay here! It was the worst experience ever, the manger was the rudest man ever and the rooms were the most disgusting ever.

Good price and a continenal breakfast. Staff was helpful with directions. The room was big compared to other places I have stayed at in Lynnwood.
