Horror!! Ruined the trip!!

The mattreses were awful!!! Worst sleep of my life!! I'am a Gold card member of Best Western and never had anything close to this bad. Whenever i complained to the manager the next morning, she was very rude. She asked me why i didnt check out in the middle of the night?!?!. We drove in from Oklahoma City and arrived around 11pm. The beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were large. Breakfast was good. The spa and pool were nice. Great location, close to schlitterbahn and dining.

The downside is that most of the rooms have exterior corridors, which the website does not note. Had to carry luggage up flights of stairs.

Not only were the people here nice, so was the one that took my reservation at the 1-800 #. The room was very nice and big, though I was only there to sleep(1 night). It was a good experience.
