Loved it and will definitely make the Chateau on the Lake the place to stay when we return to Branson. Really nice restaurants and great view. Rooms are more than you would expect. The prices are comparitive to those of which you would pay at any upscale Resort. You just wouldn't expect this in the hills of the Ozarks.

Definitely the Best in Branson
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/14/06
My wife and I were recently traveling home to Iowa from our winter away and decided to take a detour through Branson. We had not visited in years. My son recommended the Chateau on the Lake as THE place to stay. We took his advice and were impressed. By far the best location. Away from it all but close enough to get to the 76 strip. We ate ...

You never have to leave the Resort!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/30/06
My husband and I recently stayed in Branson, our first time staying at the Chateau. Needless to say the Hotel itself is gorgeous! We enjoyed everything they had to offer. The rooms are awesome and the views are the best in town. They have the best "hotel" beds we have ever slept in. We learned while there that they have recently ...

My husband 2 children (young adults) and I all selected Branson because of the affordable shows and entertainment. Well, we ALL had THE BEST TIME EVER.. Thanks to all the WONDERFUL staff at Chateau on the Lake. The food, room, service, location, were SUPERIOR! They even have a sweet shop in the hotel and the hotel thanks you by sending you up some ...

Insufficient response
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/05/06
Since December 29 I have received countless (unsolicited) emails from the Chateau on the Lake in Branson, MO. First of all, I patiently ticked the “unsubscribe” box in the messages. They kept coming.
I have never given my consent to be on an email list and take serious exception to this continuing nuisance.
Two days ago I left my a message ...

top shelf hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/27/05
We really liked it. The location is great. Near everything but not right in town. The lake view is nice. The staff were more than nice, very helpful and eager to make our stay a pleasure. Loved the hot tub and indoor pool. The spa was booked, but perhaps when the new spa building is finished it will be easier to get an appointment. Great ...
My wife and I had a much needed weekend getaway here and truly enjoyed the beauty of the hotel, the lake, and the room. Even the marina was top-notch. What ruined the whole weekend was utterly disastrous food. Their menu looked so interesting on the internet, but I could not have been more disappointed with our meals. Any AAA 4 Diamond hotel we ...

Stunning location with incredible lakeviews, family friendly and staff who go out their way to accommodate your needs and wants. Full service private marina is a blast for all, regardless of ages. Day Spa has improved tremendously since our last visit. Guestrooms have new pillow top style mattresses and comforters and also high speed connectivity. ...
My husband and I stayed at Chateau on the Lake last November for our anniversary. The weather was nice enough for us to take a stroll around the lake, it was very romantic. We stayed in a suite, with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us when we arrived. The room was fabulous, comfortable and clean. We ate an incredible ...

Branson's own castle
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/05/05
This hotel is majestic, it sits high on the hill, looking like a castle and can be seen for miles. The employees will make you feel like a king and queen. There are spectacular sunsets over Table Rock Lake from the balconies. The furnishings are superb. We had the one bedroom and it was so cozy, we felt like we were at home. The indoor pool and hot ...
