Never again!!!The room air-con was working properly - blowing hot in the day, and freezing cold suddenly in the middle of the night. Bathtub was stained and cracked. Showerhead holder broken and water trickles out. Only 2 worn out bath towels provided - no face & hand towels. Cushions and drapes need washing badly. No more returnAll the bad review of this hotel is true. I have been there thrice and the standard is from excellent to worst. The water is rusty and the bedroom aircon is not cold for the two bedroom apartment. Will never stay there again.OVERALLServiceCleanlinessLocationValue

We will avoid this hotel unless all other hotels are booked up.On the whole, it wasn't homely enough. I felt that the place wasn't up to standards in cleanliness and working order of things. 2 phones didn't work, they were disconnected and one of them were in 2 pieces. we didn't call for maintenance because we couldn't call and the lobby was too far away. You should try it!We checked in to a 2 bedroom suites. No hand and face towels in toilets on 1st day. And 1 pipe under a basin licked. We bear w/ all these. 2nd day another toilet floor trap choked thus flooded the toilet. I infmed d housekeeping immediately & they replied politely that they would send someone. Every year we go back!The location is very convenient.It's very near Shopping centre,souvenirs shop.
The room was comfortable and the service was good.
It has good cafe and good foods

So good to relax !I can smell something not right from the sea !!! and no beaches to play sandcastel!!!!!and I don't like hotel floring because there no carpet and make my foot so coald !!!!

I won't be staying there againThe hotel is big and looks presentable from the front, it has a nice water feature at the side and a welcoming foyer. The location is great. However when walking along the corridors to our room, one can see that it is badly in need of a new coat of paint in quite a few places.
