we are rather demanding if it comes to Hotel Services, but this Hotel is really something vrey special, very very helpful in every respect. they arranged an exchange of the rental car (just leave the key at the front desk and we arrange everthing) and they found a table in the fully booked restaurant when we gave them the time and the approx. duration of our meal. Very nice roomes too, good roomservice evreythin very nice.

We stayed there about 5years ago. It was the nicest hotel I have ever been in. I have wonderful memories of it. Service is world class and I hope to return some day

Cape Grace is simply the best hotel in the world. We stayed for 6 nights in all, 5 nights in one room and then an upgrade for the final night of our stay. Everything about the place is perfect. The staff are wonderful, the restaurant food is exceptional (breakfast is really good - never seen so much lovely fruit), the whiskey bar is great fun ...

everything, the service was absolutley horrid along with the cleanliness of the rooms...I was completely disgusted by the staffs' lack of communication and the poor layout of the hotel

My husband and i spent four nights there. We enjoyed it comfort, food and kindness of the staff.
The view of the waterfront was fabulous from our room. This hotel is walking distance to the V&A shopping mall, very practical for me while my husband had his meetings.
Few minutes drive from my favourite shopping centre, Canal Walk.

Convenient location to Victoria waterfront and it's amenities. Excellent view of Table Mountain. Wonderful room accomodations and a personable staff made this stay a memory that cannot be forgotten. We'll be back again!!
